Automatically powder packing machine

用途：适合食品、医药、化工等行业粉状物料产品软袋自包装。
　　特点：
　　1）. 自动完成制袋、计量、充填、封合、分切、计数、热压批号。
　　2）.除用户特定外，可配备充电跟踪系统或电脑控制系统。电脑控制系统具有跟踪精确、按键式设定袋长、设定产量自动报警及显示包装数量、速度等优点。
　　3）. 采用电脑控制，步进电机带动螺旋杆推下料方式。
　　4）. 可选配色带打码机，自动进行1—3排打批号、保质期等。

包装材料：纸/聚乙烯、玻璃纸/聚乙烯、BOPP薄膜等可热封的复合包装材料。

Function：This machine was designed for the automatic packing of materials in food, Pharmacy, Chemicals and etc.

Features：
　　1. All the work of bag making, measuring, material filling, sealing, counting and code printing can be done automatically.
　　2. Photoelectric and tracing system or PLC system can be provided without your specific requirements. The PLC controller has the advantages, such as setting the length of the bag, the out put alarm and the speed and quantity with buttons.
　　3. Adopts computer controller, step motor feeding which drives the screw pushing the materials.
　　4. Print automatically the 1-3 lines code and shelf life with ink wheel code printer.
　　Suitable packing material：Paper/PE, PT/PE, BOPP film and other compound materials can be heat sealed.
