Note (1): If the customer need to power for beyond file regulation outside of the equipment, or in the documents prescribed conditions of use your battery, should contact is a company in advance, because of the need to specific tests to verify the using conditions in the power of the performance and security. 声明一: 客户若需要将电源用于超出文件规定以外的设备,或在文件规定以外的使用条件下使用电源,应事先联系鼎力源公司,因为需要进行特定的实验测试以核实电源在该使用条件下的性能及安全性。

Charging 充电 8.1 Charging current: Charging current should be less than maximum charge current specified in the Product Specification. Charging with higher current than recommended value may cause damage topower electrical, mechanical, and safety performance and could lead to heat generation or leakage. 充电电流 充电电流不得超过本标准书中规定的最大充电电流。使用高于推荐值电流充电将可能引起 电源的充放电性能、机械性能和安全性能的问题,并可能会导致发热或泄漏。

8.1 Charging voltage: Charging shall be done by voltage less than that specified in the Product Specification (54). Charging beyond 54V, which is the absolute maximum voltage, must be strictly Prohibited. The charger shall be designed to comply with this condition. It is very dangerous that charging with higher voltage than maximum voltage may cause damage to the powerelectrical, mechanical safety performance and could lead to heat generation or leakage. 充电电压 充电电压不得超过本标准书中规定的额定电压(54V)。54V为充电电压最高极限, 充电器的设计应满足这个条件。 电池电压高于额定电压值时,将可能引起电源的充放电性能、机械性能和安全性能的问题, 如可能会导致发热或泄漏等。
8.2 Charging temperature: The shallpower be charged within -10℃~45℃range in the Product Specification. 充电温度 电源必须在-10℃~45℃的环境温度范围内进行充电。
4. Discharging 放电 a) Discharging current The Battery shall be discharged at less than the maximum discharge current specified in the Product Specification. High discharging current may reduce the discharging capacity significantly or cause over-heat. 放电电流 放电电流不得超过本标准书规定的最大放电电流,大电流放电会导致放电池容量剧减并导致过热。
b) Discharging temperature Thepower shall be discharged within -20℃~60℃range specified in the Product Specification. 电源必须在-20℃~60℃的环境温度范围内进行放电。 |

a) Over-discharging: It should be noted that thepower would be at an over-discharged state by its self-discharge characteristics in case the power is not used for long time. In order to prevent over-discharging, the power shall be charged periodically to maintain between 45V and 48V. Over-discharging may causes loss of Battery performance, characteristics, or battery functions. The charger shall be equipped with a device to prevent further discharging exceeding a cut-off voyage specified in the Product Specification. Also the charger shall be equipped with a device to control the recharging procedures as follows: Thepower pack shall start with a low current (0.2C) for 15 - 30 minutes, i.e. pre-charging, before rapid charging starts. The rapid charging shall be started after the(inpidual)power voltage has been reached above 37V within 15 - 30 minutes that can be determined with the use of an appropriate timer for pre-charging. In case the (inpidual) power voltage does not rise to 37V within the pre-charging time, then the charger shall have functions to stop further charging and display the Battery/power is at abnormal state.(note: thisis a test, users need according to the operation!) 过放电 需要注意的是,在电源长期未使用期间,它可能会用其自放电特性而处于某种过放电状态。为防止过放电的发生,电源应定期充电,将其电压维持在45V至48V之间。 过放电会导致电池性能、电池功能的丧失。 充电器应有装置来防止电源放电至低于本标准书规定的截止电压。此外,充电器还应有装置以防止重复充电,步骤如下: 电源在快速充电之前,应先以一小电流(0.2C)预充电15~30分钟,以使(每个)电源的电压达到37V以上,再进行快速充电。可用一记时器来实现该预充电步骤。如果在预充电规定时间内,(个别)电池的电压仍未升到37V以上,充电器应能够停止下一步快速充电,并显示该电源/电池正处于非正常状态。(注:本项为试验项,用户无需根据此项操作!) 5. Protection Circuit Module (PCM) 保护电路模块(PCM)
The power/battery pack shall be with a PCM that can protect Battery pack properly. PCM shall have functions of (1) overcharging prevention, (2) over-discharging prevention, and (3) over current prevention to maintain safety and prevent significant deterioration of Battery performance. The over current can occur by external short circuit 电池应配有PCM以正确保护电源。PCM应具备以下功能以保证安全并防止损坏电源性 能:1)过充电保护;2)过放电保护;3)过流保护;4)短路保护;
a) Overcharging prohibition Overcharging prevention function shall stop charging if any one of the Batteriesof the power pack reaches4.2V.(single) 过充电保护 当源中任一电池的电压达4. 2V时(单只),过充电保护应立刻停止充电。

a) Over-discharge prohibition Over-discharging prevention function shall work to avoid further drop in Battery voltage of 2.3V or less per power in any Battery of the battery pack. It is recommended that the dissipation current of PCM shall be minimized to 0.5uA or less with the over-discharge prevention. The protection function shall monitor each bank of the battery pack and control the current all the time. 过放电保护(OUT) 当电源任一电池的电压降至3.0V以下时,过放保护功能应起着保护作用以避免电源的深度放电。推荐PCM的静态电流小于0.5uA,并具有过放保护功能。 该保护功能应实时监控所有电池 6. Storage 贮存 The powershall be storied within -20℃~ 60℃range environmental condition. If thepowerhas to be storied for a long time (Over 3 months), the environmental condition should be: Temperature: 23±5℃ Humidity: 65±20%RH The voltage for a long time storage shall be45V~48V range. 电源储存温度必须在-20℃~ 60℃的环境底下。 长期存储电池(超过3个月)须置于温度为23±5℃、湿度为65±20%RH。 贮存电压为45V~48V 7. Handling of power 电源操作注意事项 Since the power is packed inGum hullpackage, to ensure its better performance, it’s very important to carefully handle the power 由于电源属于胶壳包装,为保证电源的性能不受损害,必须小心对电源进行操作。 3 Notice for Designing power Pack 电源外壳设计注意事项 1. Pack design i. power pack should have sufficient strength and battery should be protected frommechanical shock ii. No Sharp edge components should be inside the pack containing thepower .外壳设计 iii. 电源外壳应有足够的机械强度以保证其内部电源免受机械撞击。 iv. 外壳内安装电源的部位不应有锋利的边角。

1. Others 其它事项 7.1 Prevention of short circuit within a power pack Enough insulation layers between wiring and the powershall be used to maintain extra safety protection. The battery pack shall be structured with no short circuit within the battery pack, which may cause generation of smoke or firing. 防止电源包装内产生短路 引线与电源之间要有足够的绝缘层以保证绝对安全。外壳内不得有任何短路发生,以防止冒烟或着火。
7.2 Prohibition of disassembly 严禁拆卸电源 i. Never disassemble thepowerRemove the battery may lead to internal short circuit, and then cause and blow, fire and other problems
在任何情况下不得拆卸电源 拆卸电源可能会导致内部短路,进而引起鼓气、着火及其它问题。
7.3 Prohibition of dumping ofpowerinto fire Never incinerate nor dispose the Batteries in fire. These may cause firing of thepower, which is very dangerous and is prohibited. 严禁将电源投入火中 在任何情况下,不得燃烧电源或将电源投入火中,否则会引起电源燃烧,这是非常危险的,应绝对禁止。
7.4 Prohibition of powerimmersion into liquid such as water Thepowershall never be soaked with liquids such as water, seawater, drinks such as soft drinks, juices, coffee or others. 严禁将电源浸入液体中,如水 不得将电源浸泡液体,如淡水、海水、饮料(果汁、咖啡等)。

7.6 Libation of use of damaged power The power might be damaged during shipping by shock. If any abnormal features of the power are found such as damages in a plastic envelop of thepower , deformation of the power package, smelling of an electrolyte, an electrolyte leakage and others, the power shall never be used any more. The power with a smell of the electrolyte or a leakage shall be placed away from fire to avoid firing. 禁止使用已损坏的电池 电池在运输过程中可能因撞击等厡因而损坏,若发现电源有任何异常特征,如电源塑料封边损坏,外壳破损,闻到电解液气体,电解液泄漏等,该电池不得使用。 有电解液泄漏或散发电解液气味的电源应远离火源以避免着火。
