11月20日下午，省森林草原防火指挥专职总指挥陈杰带领督导组到阜新市就中央环保督查反馈意见整改情况进行督导。
督导组先后到辽宁海棠山国家级自然保护区内的三塔湾温泉酒店和排山楼金矿现场进行督导工作。随后督导组听取了阜蒙县政府就三塔湾温泉酒店项目及排山楼金矿项目的整改方案及落实等有关进展的汇报。
阜新市政府李志成副市长表示，一是从现在开始进一步提高认识，坚决落实环保督察组的要求。二是落实整改问题，采取措施尽快实施生态保护与恢复工作。三是及时上报整改工作情况。四是要举一反三，制定方案，体现力度。五是市县林业部门做好跟踪工作。
结合中央环保督查组及省委省政府有关要求，督察组成员分别提出了意见和建议。一要完善整改措施，列出时间节点。二要提高认识，统一思想。三要细化措施，要有动作。四是主管部门要为当地政府做好服务工作。
阜蒙县政府主要领导、市、县林业局及环保局主要领导参加了现场督导及汇报会。
